Solution: Part 1

We optimised the lander for conversions, because you can't use before and afters on landing pages coming from facebook we had a low opt in rate of around 8% for a 12 week training program.


Analysing at the lander we could see it was horribly slow to load leading to a high bounce rate, and there was minimal social proof.


We moved the lander from Click Funnels to Automation King and optimised it for speed, along with adding our social proof widgets showing each time a new customer had opted in.


The net result was a doubling of on page conversions, and a reduction of lead cost from $27 on average down to $13 creating savings of $1,500 per month in ad-spend with the daily budget now halved from $100 per day down to $50 for the same result

Previously this business was using two different softwares, one to book leads and one to schedule appointments, this meant that after opting in a lead would have to re-enter all of the exact same details they just did in order to book a consultation this leads to friction and in an unfavourable user experience as it is time consuming and tedious, leading to a high bounce rate post opt in.


Meaning those leads had to be manually called and booked in, by optimising the booking page with social proof and using a sticky contact to push the opt in detail through to the calendar automatically we saw an uptick from 30% to 55% conversions of leads into booked appointments.


This means hours saved on the phone each month trying to chase down leads, and a far higher number of appointments booked for the company.


With each lead worth approximately $900 this equated to increased revenues of $12,000 over the month, by securing an extra 30 appointments compared to the previous model.

Before Automation King, TBC Mandurah was using a 2 step lead flow, directing people to a Clickfunnels lander and then taking them to a page with an appointment core embed, once a lead was submitted they would be zapped into a google sheet for manual follow up via sms and calls. The leads would also have to be manually highlighted green if a booking was made in appointment core as there was no way to transfer the data into the sheet.


Post moving to Automation King, we saw a doubling of the booking rates, along with hours of time saved manually following up with every prospect, by implementing a hot phone call it meant the sales rep was able to connect directly with the lead just 8 minutes after they opted in if they had not self scheduled an appointment, meaning they were able to get leads on the phone straight away before they lost interest.


As you can see in the video below the net result was an initial uplift of 10% higher conversion equating to an extra 12 sales or $10,800 in lost revenue followed by a further 10% uplift, equating to a further otherwise lost 12 sales bringing back $21,600 of lost revenue across the same amount of leads, and all before the remaining leads are followed up with over the next 6 months.
